A BILL making a supplementary appropriation in the state fund, general revenue, to the department of administration-West Virginia prosecuting attorneys institute, fund 0557, fiscal year 2000, organization 0228, all supplementing and amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand, to fund 0557, fiscal year 2000, organization 0228, be supplemented and amended to read as follows:
TITLE II-APPROPRIATIONS.

The purpose of this bill is to supplement this account in the budget act for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand, by reducing the appropriation for forensic medical examinations by fifty thousand dollars and by adding fifty thousand dollars to a new item of appropriation for unclassified with no new money being appropriated.
